Processing and manufacturing process of CNC machined valve disc:

1. Casting mold making: Use aluminum mold to make molds that match CNC machined valve disc.

2. Wax mold injection molding: Inject molten wax into metal mold, cool and mold it and then take it out.

3. Wax mold assembly: Fix multiple wax molds on wax tree for mass production.

4. Ceramic shell preparation: Multi-layer refractory coating wraps wax mold to form a solid shell.

5. Dewaxing treatment: Heat to make wax liquid flow out, leaving a precision casting.

6. High temperature roasting: Roasting at above 900°C to improve the strength and stability of the shell.

7. Molten metal pouring: Pour stainless steel liquid into the mold at high temperature, and form butterfly valve disc after cooling.

8. CNC finishing: Use CNC machine tools for fine processing to ensure 0.01-0.02mm tolerance, improve sealing and fluid control performance.

9.Quality testing: 100% physical and chemical testing is carried out to ensure that the quality of CNC machined valve disc meets ISO9001 (2008) standards.
