How to choose the right valve plate material?
1. If ordinary water or gas is being transported, ductile iron or carbon steel valve plates are recommended.
2. If the medium is corrosive, such as seawater, acid and alkali solutions, it is recommended to choose stainless steel or duplex steel valve plates.
3. If higher wear resistance or special working conditions are required, bronze valve plates may be a better choice.
