Introduction of iron casting gearbox housing:
Iron casting gearbox housing refers to the outer housing of the tractor gearbox, and its main function is to install and support the internal parts of the gearbox. Our tractor cast iron housing is made of cast iron. Due to the high toughness and wear resistance of cast iron itself, the pressure bearing capacity of the housing is stronger, and the service life of tractor cast iron housing is also longer.

Manufacturing process of tractor cast iron housing：
1. Determine the design parameters of the housing according to the use environment and performance requirements of tractor cast iron housing.
2. Design the housing of cast iron tractor parts through software.
3. Add cast iron to the furnace to turn it into molten cast iron.
4. Use sand casting method to make the casting mold of the housing (put the mold into the sand box, fill it with sand and compact it).
5. Pour the molten cast iron into the sand mold and fill the cavity.
6. After the housing cools and solidifies, remove the sand mold and clean the sand on the surface of the blank.
7. Perform preliminary processing on the blank to remove excess material and form a general shape.
8. Perform the second step of finishing on the blank, grind and polish the details.
9. Perform product quality inspection on the completed tractor transmission gearbox housing.
10. Spray anti-rust paint or topcoat on the surface of agricultural gearbox housing according to customer requirements.
