Introduction of steering knuckle assembly:
Our steering knuckle assembly adopts the traditional reliable sand casting process and CNC processing. The production process is simple and the cycle is short. It is suitable for small and medium batch production. The sand casting process has the characteristics of high reliability and low cost, and is particularly suitable for manufacturing parts with simple structure and small volume.
The process flow of steering knuckle assembly:
1.Mold making:
Design and make fine sand molds according to the complex shape and high precision requirements of steering knuckle.
2. Molten iron preparation:
Melting cast iron, when the molten iron reaches the appropriate temperature, make it fluid so that it can fill every corner of the mold.
3. Casting:
Pour the molten iron slowly and evenly into the mold, and fill it completely to avoid defects.
4. Cooling and solidification:
Control the cooling speed, wait for the steering knuckle to solidify evenly, and avoid internal stress and quality problems.
5. Demolding and taking out:
After the sand casting is cooled, remove the mold and take out the casting.
6. Cleaning and polishing:
Remove the sand and oxide on the surface of the casting, and polish it to make the surface smooth.
7. Quality inspection:
Through dimensional measurement, X-ray flaw detection, ultrasonic testing and other means, ensure that the steering knuckle has no defects such as cracks and pores and meets the factory standards.
8. Warehousing or delivery:
The qualified steering knuckles are sent to the automobile factory for assembly.
