Introduction of cast iron gearbox housing:
Cast iron gearbox housing is usually made of high-strength and wear-resistant cast iron. Among them, gray cast iron and ductile iron are the two most common materials. Our product uses ductile cast iron, and spheroidal graphite is obtained through spheroidization and inoculation treatment, which effectively improves the mechanical properties of cast iron gearbox housing, especially the plasticity and toughness, thereby obtaining a higher strength than carbon steel.
